Kristy is a New York based actor, writer and filmmaker.

 

She grew up in Indiana, did her undergraduate work at Yale, 

and earned an MFA in film at Columbia.

 

She has created promos and trailers for networks including

E!, Oxygen, USA, MTV, BET, Centric, Sundance, Food Network, ESPN, A&E/Bio, Paramount+ and Nickelodeon.

 

When not making TV, Kristy has performed in features

and shorts that won at New York, LA, Clermont-Ferrand,

and Telluride film festivals.  She's created one-woman

shows at HERE and Ars Nova, done sketch comedy at

Magnet Theater, and told stories at the Moth.

 

Each July, she teaches at an acting program in France.
